Rooted & Refined is intentionally limited to just 15 wedding professionals so we can create the kind of experience where everyone is known, supported, and able to contribute. The application isn’t about having the biggest business, the most followers, or reaching a certain level of success. We’re looking for wedding professionals who are committed to growing both personally and professionally, willing to be honest about where they are, open to learning from others, and ready to make meaningful changes in the way they work and live. Applications will be thoughtfully reviewed to create a group with a healthy mix of experience, perspectives, and areas of expertise. If selected, you’ll receive an invitation to officially join the inaugural Rooted & Refined cohort.
